I bought a vehicle from this dealership and in less than a month the brakes were so bad that the rear brakes and rotors were rubbing metal on metal. The vehicle at that point was unsafe to drive. I paid out of pocket for my mechanic to change the rotors and brake pads because I couldn't make the 3 hour drive to the dealership to have them assessed. I didn't have the time, money, or means to make that drive to get them fixed by the dealership. After making several attempts to get a hold of someone at the dealership, I was finally able to talk to the man who sold me the vehicle in the first place. He said he would contact the owner of the dealership and call me back that day. Four days went by with no call back so I called the dealership again. Three phone calls that day and I was told that they would not be reimbursing my costs even though they sold me a vehicle with bad brakes. There is no possible way the rear brakes on this vehicle went bad so quickly after the purchase unless they were already bad at the time of purchase. When I told them this, I was told "Well, you didn't notice anything when you test drove it." I reminded them that I am not a mechanic. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with this dealership again as they do not stand behind their product and blame their customers for any problems with the vehicles. I have never in my life had such poor customer service from a car dealership!
